GENERAL

We are acting with high business moral, as well as the normal rules of consumer trade laws. We will always do our best for our customers.

PRICES AND PRODUCTS

All the products in FinScooter include VAT 25,5%. The price does not include delivery costs, but you can see them right away when you check the shopping cart after choosing the payment and delivery method.

Note! To all orders outside Finland will be added 20€ delivery cost! We can only deliver orders in European Union (EU). 

PAYMENT

You can use pre payment or credit cards for the payment when ordering from FinScooter web shop.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.

Netbanks

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

DELIVERY

Every order from FinScooter's web shop will be delivered from door to door. FinScooter promises all deliveries in 3-7 week days or not less than in reasonable time. If you can pick the product from the web shop, it means that we have the product in our stock. We will always inform the customer if the delivery will delay for some reason.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Every product from FinScooter's web shop has 14 days right of return. The returning product must be unused, in same shape it was before the transaction and 100% merchantable. Every time the customer has to contact us via email or phone and after that we will advice for further actions.
